The cross marks the centre of the host galaxy; the size of the cross gives the uncertainty in the position. The radio core is the peak underneath the cross; close examination of this image suggests that it is extended towards the south. Probably this is caused by emission from the beginning of a jet.
The radio structure is relatively small (similar in scale to the host galaxy); in other respects this is a typical classical double.
