The SOC/LOC are aligning with best practices from international astronomy meetings. The final Code of Conduct will include:
- Respectful collaboration: zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or hostile behaviour.
- Inclusive participation: clear expectations for accessible talks, Q&A etiquette, and support for early-career scientists.
- Reporting pathways: confidential channels to reach the SOC, LOC, or an independent ombudsperson during the workshop.
- Consequences: transparent escalation steps for addressing violations onsite or online.
