Information for Poster presenters
Posters will be displayed on boards provided within the Conference centre, Room 1, throughout the whole week. This room will also be the location for both tea & coffee breaks, and lunch meals throughout the week. Thus in addition to the two designated poster viewing sessions there will be ample time for all delegates to view all posters.
POSTER SIZES
The poster boards will each be used to display up to 4 posters. Each poster should be no larger than A0 (841 by 1189mm) in portrait format.
POSTER LOCATIONS
The locations of individual poster boards will be listed in the poster room. Assistance, if needed, will be provided on Sunday afternoon and Monday or via the help desk throughout the rest of the week.
The poster room will be available for the display of your posters from Sunday afternoon
