![]() | Description: M13 is the brightest globular cluster in the northern
sky and makes an excellent target for anything from binoculars upwards. The
central condensation of this cluster is moderately diffuse, adding to its
appearance. In this colour image, the red giants stars can clearly be seen,
seperated from the rest of the cluster.
