Jodrell is building 14 Cooled Receiver Systems for use in the Very Small Array. This will be located at the Teide Observatory to make observations of the Cosmic Microwave Background. |

The Multibeam Receiver system incorporates 4 feeds and cooled L-Band receivers for use in Hydrogen Line Surveys and Pulsar Search programs. |

The MkII telescope is being fitted with a revolver mount to support 4 receiver systems which can be rapidly brought to the focal point of the telescope. |
