Registration and Abstract Submission
Registration and abstract submission has now closed. The conference is only open to pre-registered delegates and on-site registration payments will not be accepted.
Registration fees were as follows. Note that discounts were available for members of the Royal Astronomical Society and Astronomische Gesellschaft, and for registered university students. Day rates were also available for each day of the meeting (Tuesday 27th - Friday 30th inclusive). Please note that the registration fees are non-refundable (although we can refund conference dinner and JBO excursion tickets if we are able to resell the tickets).

Registered delegates will be provided with: a programme booklet and other materials; tea/coffee at breaks; lunch; the conference reception (Tuesday).
Posters can be up to A0 size in portrait, or A1 in landscape.
