    Accommodation at Lambert Hall Residence

    Reception

Reception is located in Wright Robinson Hall and is open from 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.

For any emergencies outside of these hours, a duty tutor is available to assist, please check the notice in reception for a contact telephone number.

On departure - If reception is closed, please drop your key in the labelled mailbox (on the shutter) located in the reception area. Please ensure your keys are handed back by 9.30am on the day of departure.

***Important - Out of hours Arrivals***

This will apply to almost everyone, as the majority of you will be arriving on Sunday, when the reception at Wright Robinson Hall is closed.

For those checking in to Lambert Hall on Sunday, or outside of regular hours, an alternative procedure is in place. There will be a sign on the door of Wright Robinson instructing residents to go to the reception desk at Fairfield Hall. (Unfortunately there is no reception area in Lambert Hall, so we direct people over to Fairfield Hall instead as it’s located next door.) There will be plenty of directional signage in place.

There will be an instruction note on the door to Fairfield Hall explaining what the residents will need to do next to gain access to the building. A member of staff will be ready to check them in from here.

We will be assigning volunteer students and post-docs from the University of Manchester to meet people at Piccadilly station at certain designated times on Sunday.

    Breakfast

Breakfast is booked and will be available in The Mumford Restaurant between 7.30am–9.30am, Monday to Thursday. The restaurant is located on the 1st Floor of Staff House Conference Centre. Again, signage will be in place to direct you there.

    Housekeeping

During your stay we will be servicing your room every 2 days this will include emptying the bin and refreshing the en-suite. Towels will be changed every 2 nights. Bed linen will be changed at least every 7th night. Tea/Coffee will be replenished every 2 nights.

    Internet Access

Please note additional charges are applicable.
